TRANSACTION ACCOUNT GUARANTEE PROGRAM: Rural American Bank-Luck is participating in the FDIC's Transaction Account Guarantee Program. Under this program, through December 31, 2009, all non-interest-bearing transaction accounts are fully guaranteed by the FDIC for the entire amount in the account. Coverage under the Transaction Account Guarantee Program is in addition to and separate from the coverage available under the FDIC's general deposit insurance rules.

NOTE: Interest-bearing-transaction accounts (NOW Accounts) with a rate of .50% and less are also fully guaranteed.

ONLINE BANKING ACCESS To access Online Banking for the first time, click on Personal Enrollment. Access to checking and savings account history is provided for current and previous cycle. You can make transfers in Online Banking until 6:00 pm (Monday through Friday) and still have them processed the same day by using the Express Transfer option. Use the Scheduled Transfers option for future dated transfers only.
